Acrocef Dry Syrup is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used in the treatment of infections of skin and skin structures, respiratory tract, urinary tract, gynecological infections including gonorrhea, intraabdominal infections, and septicemia caused by susceptible microorganisms. It is not recommended for use in patients who are allergic to cephalosporins or penicillins.

Acrocef Dry Syrup may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions).
