Description:

AGLOMOX CAPSULE- 10 is used in children for the treatment of a variety of bacterial respiratory tract infections as well as diseases like bronchial asthma where the course is complicated by a bacterial infestation.

Pregnancy interaction:

AGLOMOX CAPSULE- 10 is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. AGLOMOX CAPSULE- 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

AGLOMOX CAPSULE- 10 is a combination of two medicines: Amoxicillin and Bromhexine which treat respiratory tract infections associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Amoxicillin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Addition of Bromhexine enhances the antibacterial effect of Amoxicillin.
