Description:

Amlochol 2.5 mg/10 mg Tablet- 10 is a combination medicine used for the treatment of patients with both high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia. Patients are advised to follow a strict exercise and diet regimen along with this medicine to get the best possible effect.

Uses / Indications:

High blood pressure with high cholesterol

Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Atorvastatin with alcohol may increase the risk of liver damage.

Pregnancy interaction:

Amlochol 2.5 mg/10 mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.

How it works:

Amlochol 2.5 mg/10 mg Tablet- 10 is a combination of two medicines: Amlodipine and atorvastatin which treat high blood pressure associated with high cholesterol levels. tAmlodipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). It works by relaxing blood vessels which makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
