Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Nimesulide+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy interaction:

Biogesic P 50mg/125mg Syrup is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Increased liver enzymes.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Biogesic-P 50mg/125mg Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Biogesic P 50mg/125mg Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve pain and fever. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).
