Bromhexine Elixir- 120ml is a mucolytic and expectorant agent which reduces the thickness of sputum and expel it out along with the cough. It is used to treat conditions with abnormal mucus secretions such as a common cold, infections of the respiratory tract, influenza, etc., and allow the patient to breathe freely and deeply. It should be used with caution in patients with a known history of gastric ulcers due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects.
