Description:
Cabgolin 0.25 Tablet- 4 is used to treat excess production of a natural hormone called prolactin. Excess production of this hormone is due to unknown causes or abnormal growths in the pituitary. This medicine helps in preventing infertility, sexual problems, and bone loss caused by excess prolactin production in men and in women who are not breastfeeding. It is also used as a second line therapy in the treatment of signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease along with carbidopa-levodopa or as a single agent in case of failure of or intolerance to a non-ergot compound.
