Description:

Cedon CA 500mg/125mg Tablet is a combination medicine used for treating a variety of bacterial infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract, urinary tract, and uncomplicated skin infections. This medicine is not recommended for use in infants less than 3 months of age.

How it works:

Cedon CA 500mg/125mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cefpodoxime and Clavulanic Acid. Cefpodoxime is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefpodoxime against bacteria.
