Description:

Chlormit H Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure. Frequent monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes level is necessary during treatment with this medicine. Patients are advised to follow a strict exercise and diet regimen along with this medicine to get the best possible effect.

How to use:

How it works:

Chlormit H Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Amitriptyline and chlordiazepoxide which treat depression. Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant which increases the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in regulating the mood and treat depression. Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine (BZD) which works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
