Information about Cloneon Injection

Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Clonidine with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Pregnancy interaction:

Cloneon 150mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Expert advice:

Do not discontinue Cloneon abruptly. Dosage must be reduced gradually. Dizziness or fainting may occur, especially when rising from a lying or sitting position. Getting up slowly may help improve the problem. Avoid driving or using machinery if you feel dizzy after taking Cloneon. Record your blood pressure as directed. Notify your doctor if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Eat healthy (low-fat, high-fibre, low-sodium diet), quit smoking, limit alcohol intake, increase your physical activity, watch your weight, and reduce stress.

Side Effects:

Dizziness, Fatigue, Sleepiness, Dryness in mouth, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing).
