Clozam 5mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pregnancy interaction:

Clozam 5mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

If you are taking Clozam for the treatment of severe anxiety, it should not be used more than 4 weeks. It may become less effective over the time. It causes sleepiness or drowsiness. If this happens to you, do not drive or use machinery. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking the Clozam, as it may cause excessive sleepiness or drowsiness.
