Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Metoclopramide+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy interaction:

COPAR 5MG/500MG TABLET is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Copar 5mg/500mg Tablet- 50 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

COPAR 5MG/500MG TABLET is a combination of two medicines: metoclopramide and paracetamol which prevent migraine headaches accompanied by nausea/vomiting. Metoclopramide is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
