Interactions / Warnings:

Taking a large amount of alcohol can increase acidity and cause acid reflux in the food pipe causing heartburn. This would decrease the effect of this drug and can aggravate your underlying condition.

Pregnancy interaction:

Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Loss of appetite.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Dicka F 50 mg/20 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Famotidine which relieve abdominal pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by preventing the formation of chemicals responsible for fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling). Famotidine is an H2 blocker (type of antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps to get relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
