Interactions / Warnings:

Diziron D 20 mg/40 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pregnancy interaction:

Diziron D 20 mg/40 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Dyspepsia, Weight gain, Drowsiness, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Weakness, Decreased blood pressure, Coordination impaired, Impaired concentration.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Diziron D Tablet MD- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Diziron D 20 mg/40 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Cinnarizine and Dimenhydrinate.tCinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear. Dimenhydrinate is an antiallergic. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for motion sickness.
