Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Hyoscine butylbromide+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy interaction:

Dolokind Spas RF 10 mg/500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Constipation, Dryness in mouth, Blurred vision, Tachycardia.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dolokind Spas RF 10 mg/500 mg Tablet- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Dolokind Spas RF 10 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Hyoscine and Paracetamol which relieve abdominal pain and cramps. Hyoscine is an anti-cholinergic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever.
