How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dicyclomine and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen which relieve abdominal pain. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
