Interactions / Warnings:

Domfast CZ 15 mg/20 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pregnancy interaction:

Domfast CZ 15 mg/20 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Dryness in mouth, Dyspepsia, Sleepiness, Weight gain.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Domfast CZ 15 mg/20 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Domfast CZ 15 mg/20 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and Cinnarizine. Domperidone is an antiemetic and a prokinetic. It works by blocking the action of a dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Cinnarizine is calcium channel antagonist which works by preventing constriction of the blood vessels of the inner ear. This improves the microcirculation of the ear.
