Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Domperidone+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy interaction:

Dompar 10 mg/500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dompar 10 mg/500 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Dompar 10 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: domperidone and paracetamol. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It increases the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain.
