How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Donamind M 5mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Donamind M 5mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Donepezil and Memantine which treat Alzheimerâ€™s disease. Donepezil is a cholinesterase inhibitor while Memantine is an NMDA inhibitor. Together, they balance the levels of chemical messengers in the brain and help in the transmission of nerve signals.
