Taking aceclofenac with alcohol may increase risk of stomach bleeding.

Pregnancy interaction:

Drona 80 mg/100 mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

How it works:

Drona 80 mg/100 mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Drotaverine and Aceclofenac which relieve abdominal pain. Drotaverine is an anti-spasmodic medicine which relieves spasms associated with smooth muscles. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
