Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Eplerenone with alcohol may lead to headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, changes in pulse or heart rate and/or low blood pressure.

Pregnancy interaction:

Ezuric 25mg Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.

Expert advice:

Avoid potassium-rich supplements or salt substitutes when taking Ezuric. Notify your doctor if you experience dizziness, diarrhoea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, swelling in feet, or difficulty breathing. It is important to get blood pressure and potassium levels checked regularly when taking Ezuric. Do not take medicines such as ketoconazole, clarithromycin, nefazodone, ritonavir, and nelfinavir along with Ezuric.

Side Effects:

Dizziness, Diarrhoea, Nausea, Cough, Flu-like symptoms, Fatigue, Increased potassium level in blood, Increased creatinine level in blood.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ezuric 25mg Tablet- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Ezuric 25mg Tablet is a potassium-sparing diuretic. It lowers blood pressure and swelling by removing the extra water and electrolytes from the body without loss of potassium.
