Description:

Flexic 100 mg/50 mg Tablet- 10 is a medicine used in the treatment of arthralgia (joint pain). It helps in the formation of soft tissue around the joints leading to joint repair. It also reduces friction in the joints and also relieves pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis.

Taking Flexic 100 mg/50 mg Tablet- 10 with alcohol may increase risk of stomach bleeding.

Pregnancy interaction:

Flexic 100 mg/50 mg Tablet- 10 100mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

How it works:

Flexic 100 mg/50 mg Tablet- 10 is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Diacerein which relieve muscle and joint pain.tAceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Diacerein is a proteoglycan synthesis stimulator which blocks the chemicals that cause inflammation and pain and helps in the building of cartilage (the soft connective tissue in the bones near the joints) in the body.
