Interactions / Warnings:

Flujoy 5mg/20mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pregnancy interaction:

Flujoy 5mg/20mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Dryness in mouth, Weight gain, Sleepiness, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing), Dizziness, Muscle rigidity, Restlessness, Tremor, Delayed ejaculation, Anorgasmia (decreased orgasm), Low sexual desire.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Flujoy Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Flujoy 5mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Fluoxetine and Olanzapine. Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which works by increasing the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger in the brain. Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic which works by balancing the levels of chemical messengers (dopamine and serotonin) to improve mood, thoughts, and behavior. Together, they improve mood and physical symptoms of depression and relieve symptoms of panic and obsessive disorders.
