Interactions / Warnings:

Gris OD 375mg Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heartbeat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure with alcohol (Disulfiram reactions).

Pregnancy interaction:

Gris OD 375mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.

Expert advice:

Do not take griseofulvin, if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to griseofulvin, penicillin or any of the other ingredients. Do not take griseofulvin, if you have porphyria (a rare blood pigment disorder that affects skin and other organs); systemic lupus erythematous (SLE; autoimmune disease, in which the body's own immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissue, especially skin, joints, kidneys, brain, and other organs). Avoid using griseofulvin, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking griseofulvin because you may feel drowsy. Avoid exposure to sunlight or artificial light. Do not consume alcohol while taking griseofulvin.

Headache, Skin rash, Nausea, Diarrhoea, Dizziness.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gris OD 375mg Tablet- 30 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Gris OD 375mg Tablet is an antifungal medication. It stops the growth of fungi by preventing fungal cell division.
