Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Diclofenac+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen+Chlorpheniramine with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy interaction:

Labdic 50 mg/500 mg/4 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Loss of appetite, Diarrhoea, Indigestion, Allergic reaction, Sleepiness, Vertigo, Dizziness, Headache, Skin rash, Increased liver enzymes.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Labdic Relief Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Labdic 50 mg/500 mg/4 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, paracetamol and chlorpheniramine which relieve common cold symptoms. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) which also blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
