Interactions / Warnings:

Taking melatonin with alcohol may cause sleepiness and the effects may become even stronger.

Pregnancy interaction:

Lexa 3mg/10mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Diarrhoea, Headache, Dizziness, Drowsiness.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lexa Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Lexa 3mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Melatonin and Zolpidem which work on your brain to make you feel relaxed and sleepy. Melatonin is a natural hormone which regulates the sleep-wake cycle and helps fall asleep. Zolpidem is a sedative which works by slowing activity of the nerve cells in the brain and helps sleep for longer.
