Description:

Lumether Kid Syrup- 50ml is used for the treatment of malaria in both children and adults. It contains two medicines both of which belong to a group of medicines called antimalarials. However, it is not used to prevent malaria or to treat severe/complicated malaria (when the brain, lungs, or kidneys are affected).

How it works:

Lumether Kid Syrup- 50ml is a combination of two antiparasitic medicines: Artemether and Lumefantrine which treat malaria. They work by increasing the levels of haeme in the blood, a substance toxic to the malarial parasite. This kills the parasite and stops the infection from spreading.
