Lupigesic-Old 0.3mg Injection is used in the treatment of severe opioid responsive pain conditions in patients who have not adequately responded to non-opioid analgesics. It may also be used to treat opioid dependence or opioid addiction in patients who have received buccal or sublingual forms of buprenorphine for a duration of at least seven days.
