Information about MOXIKEM 125 MG DRY SYRUP- 60ml

Description:

MOXIKEM 125 MG DRY SYRUP- 60ml is a penicillin-type antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. This antibiotic is used to treat different types of bacterial infections of the throat, lungs, ears, nose, urinary tract, and skin. Kamox 100 MG Tablet is also used with other medications to kill helicobacter pylori bacteria that cause stomach ulcers. It stops the growth of bacteria causing the infection. It is not effective against infections caused by viruses.

Treatment and prevention of Bacterial infections ,Treatment of Peptic ulcer disease

Interactions / Warnings:

It is generally safe to consume alcohol with MOXIKEM 125 MG DRY SYRUP- 60ml

Pregnancy interaction:

MOXIKEM 125 MG DRY SYRUP- 60ml is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.

Expert advice:

Make sure you complete the course even if you start to feel better. It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools. Discontinue Kamox and inform your doctor immediately if you get a rash, itchy skin, swelling of face and mouth, or have difficulty in breathing.
