Description:

Moxycarb 500 mg/150 mg Capsule- 10 is a combination medicine that is prescribed to treat various types of respiratory infections. It treats the infection and prevents further infections by acting against the microorganisms. It also reduces the viscosity of the mucus (phlegm) for easy cough out.

How it works:

Moxycarb 500 mg/150 mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Amoxicillin and Carbocisteine which treat respiratory tract infections associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Amoxicillin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Carbocisteine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Addition of Carbocisteine enhances the antibacterial effect of Amoxicillin.
