Description:

New Zeet 8 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of common cold symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes and congestion or stuffiness. It thins the mucus in the nose, windpipe and lungs, making it easier to cough out.

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with New Zeet 8 mg/10 mg Tablet

Pregnancy interaction:

New Zeet 8 mg/10 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Before you start taking this medicine it is important to inform your doctor if you are suffering from kidney and liver disease. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. New Zeet 8 mg/10 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

New Zeet 8 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Bromhexine and phenylephrine which relieve cold symptoms. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
