Description:

Ostonat Kit- 28is a combination of three medicines. It is used to treat postmenopausal osteoporosis in women who are at risk of vitamin D insufficiency. It prevents bone loss and makes the bone stronger. This way it reduces the risk of bone fractures.

How it works:

Ostonat Kit- 28 is a combination of two medicines: Alendronic Acid, Calcium and Vitamin D3 which treat osteoporosis. Alendronic Acid is a bisphosphonate. It works by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause destruction of bone. This strengthens the bone and minimizes the risk of fractures. Calcium helps build and maintain bones, while Vitamin D3 helps your body effectively absorb Calcium. Vitamin D3 additionally supports the muscles needed to avoid falls.
