How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Pamamol 325 mg/25 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: paracetamol and pamabrom which relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).tParacetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic which increases the urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full.
