â€¢ Inform your doctor if you have any disorder of the adrenal glands or liver problems or heart conditions. â€¢ You may be constantly monitored during entire anesthetic procedure to observe any signs of low blood pressure, changes in pulse rate, irregular heart beat and ventilation. â€¢ Your ventilation will be carefully assessed to ensure adequate oxygenation and carbon dioxide removal. â€¢ Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. â€¢ Patients allergic to etomidate or any of its ingredients should not take it.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Rash, Vomiting, Abnormality of voluntary movements, Apnea (absence of breathing), Hyperventilation, Thrombophlebitis, Stridor, Myoclonus, Decreased blood pressure.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Paranir Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
