Interactions / Warnings:

Taking diclofenac with alcohol can increase your risk of stomach bleeding.

Pregnancy interaction:

Pause D 500 mg/50 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach pain, Heartburn, Indigestion, Diarrhoea, Loss of appetite, Nasal congestion, Sinus pain, Sinus inflammation, Headache, Tiredness, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Anemia (low number of red blood cells).

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pause D 500 mg/50 mg Tablet- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Tranexamic Acid is an antifibrinolytic. It works by preventing the breakdown of clots and controls excessive bleeding during menstruation (periods). Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
