Description:

Psyzine Forte 50 mg/2 mg/5 mg Tablet- 10 is a combination medicine used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder in which a person develops unreal thoughts and behavior). It alters the thoughts and elevates the mood, improving the person’s ability to think, feel and behave.

Psyzine Forte 50 mg/2 mg/5 mg Tablet- 10 may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pregnancy interaction:

Psyzine Forte 50 mg/2 mg/5 mg Tablet- 10 may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Trihexyphenidyl is an anticholinergic which works on the nervous system and corrects some of the side effects occurring during antipsychotic treatment. Trifluoperazine is a typical antipsychotic.
