Interactions / Warnings:

Taking a large amount of alcohol can increase acidity and cause acid reflux in the food pipe causing heartburn. This would decrease the effect of this drug and can aggravate your underlying condition.

Pregnancy interaction:

Rabot DC 100 mg/20 mg Tablet SR is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Flatulence, Indigestion, Diarrhoea, Constipation, Flu-like symptoms.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rabot DC 100 mg/20 mg Tablet SR- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Rabot DC 100 mg/20 mg Tablet SR is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Rabeprazole which relieve pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling). Rabeprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor which prevents damage to the stomach lining caused by Diclofenac.
