Expert advice:

â€¢ Exercise caution while taking mosapride if you have jaundice or heart diseases. â€¢ Never take more than the recommended dose of mosapride as it can adversely affect normal heartbeat. â€¢ Do not drink alcohol while on mosapride treatment as they can cause excessive drowsiness. â€¢ Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding. â€¢ Patients allergic to mosapride or any of its ingredients should not take mosapride. â€¢ Patients with bleeding ulcer in the stomach or gut should not take mosapride. â€¢ Patients with gut obstruction should not take mosapride. â€¢ Breastfeeding women should not take mosapride.

Side Effects:

Abdominal pain, Dizziness, Headache, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Nausea, Vomiting.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Regmotil M 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
