Sestil AD 2mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pregnancy interaction:

Sestil AD 2mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Consult your doctor if you have diarrhea lasting for more than 48 hours. Don't use if you have blood in your stool or it's dark or black in color. The drug can make you dizzy or drowzy. Avoid driving or operating any heavy machinery when taking this drug. Try to drink plenty of fluids. Having diarrhea can make you dehydrated. Do not take loperamide if you are allergic to it. Do not take this drug if you have blood in your stools or if your stools are dark or black in colour. Do not take this drug if you are severly constipated.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sestil AD 2mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
