Interactions / Warnings:

Taking phenylpropanolamine with alcohol can increase the risk of cardiovascular side effects such as increased heart rate, chest pain, or blood pressure changes.

Pregnancy interaction:

Sino Plus 125mg/12.5mg/1mg Oral Drops may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Sleepiness, Allergic reaction, Increased blood pressure, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Palpitations.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a marked dropper and take it as directed. Sino Plus 125mg/12.5mg/1mg Oral Drops may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How it works:

Sino Plus 125mg/12.5mg/1mg Oral Drops is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol / Acetaminophen, Phenylpropanolamine and Chlorpheniramine which relieve cold symptoms. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Phenylpropanolamine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
