Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Sotalol with alcohol may have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure. You may experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate.

Pregnancy interaction:

Solet 40mg Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.

You have been prescribed Solet to treat irregular heart rhythm. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to conceive or breastfeeding. How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Solet Tablet- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Solet 40mg Tablet is an anti-arrhythmic medication. It works by blocking abnormal electrical signals in the heart to correct irregular heartbeat to a normal rhythm.
