Spasbal 2.5 mg/5 mg/10 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Pregnancy interaction:

Spasbal 2.5 mg/5 mg/10 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

Side Effects:

Nausea, Constipation, Nervousness, Dryness in mouth, Difficulty in urination, Confusion, Sleepiness, Weakness, Dizziness, Blurred vision, Coordination impaired.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Spasbal 2.5 mg/5 mg/10 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Spasbal 2.5 mg/5 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Clidinium, Chlordiazepoxide and Dicyclomine. Clidinium and Dicyclomine are antispasmodics which work by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). They stop sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, they relieve cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Chlordiazepoxide is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
