Description:

Tenoclor 25 Tablet- 15is a combination medicine used for the treatment of high blood pressure. Frequent monitoring of blood pressure and electrolytes level is necessary during treatment with this medicine. Patients are advised to follow a strict exercise and diet regimen along with this medicine to get the best possible effect

Tenoclor 25 Tablet- 15 may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.

Tenoclor 25 Tablet- 15 is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tenoclor 25 Tablet- 15 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Tenoclor 25 Tablet- 15 is a combination of two blood-pressure lowering medicines: Atenolol and Chlorthalidone. tAtenolol is a beta blocker which works specifically on the heart to reduce heart rate and make the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic which lowers blood pressure by removing extra water and certain electrolytes from the body. Over time it also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow.
