Interactions / Warnings:

Taking terazosin with alcohol can lower blood pressure. This may cause dizziness, especially when getting up from a sitting or lying position.

Pregnancy interaction:

Teradip 2mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Expert advice:

Dizziness or fainting may occur, especially when rising from a lying or sitting position. Getting up slowly may help improve the problem. These effects may get aggravated by consuming alcohol during exercise, in hot weather, or when standing for long durations. May affect your eye muscles; this should be harmless unless you are scheduled for a cataract surgery.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Teradip 2mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Teradip 2mg Tablet is an alpha-blocker. It lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. It works by relaxing muscle around the bladder exit and prostate, which makes it easier to urinate.
