Description:

Tresnil Tablet is used to treat insomnia. It helps to calm the brain by decreasing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells. It also regulates the sleep cycle and helps the patient to fall asleep quickly.

How it works:

Tresnil Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Alprazolam and melatonin which help you sleep. Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain and induces sleep. Melatonin is a natural hormone which helps to regulate the sleep-wake cycle.
