Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Nimesulide+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen+Chlorzoxazone with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy interaction:

Troma MR 100 mg/325 mg/375 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy.There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Troma MR 100 mg/325 mg/375 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Troma MR 100 mg/325 mg/375 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Chlorzoxazone which relieve pain and relax the muscles.Nimesulide is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
