Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Caffeine+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pregnancy interaction:

Dolopar 25 mg/500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dolopar 25 mg/500 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.Avoid Dolopar 25 mg/500 mg Tablet with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.

How it works:

Dolopar 25 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Caffeine which relieves headache.tnParacetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Caffeine narrows the blood vessels in the brain to reduce the headache. It also increases the effectiveness of Paracetamol.
