Description:

Accetiz P 100 mg/500 mg/2 mg Tablet- 10 is a combination of three medicines used in the treatment of muscular pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). It also relaxes the muscles and provides relief from stiffness or spasm.

Taking Accetiz P 100 mg/500 mg/2 mg Tablet- 10 with alcohol may increase risk of stomach bleeding.

Pregnancy interaction:

Accetiz P 100 mg/500 mg/2 mg Tablet- 10 100mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

How to use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it.Accetiz P 100 mg/500 mg/2 mg Tablet- 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How it works:

Accetiz P 100 mg/500 mg/2 mg Tablet- 10 is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Tizanidine which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Tizanidine is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
