Interactions / Warnings:

Taking Niacin with alcohol can cause nausea, dizziness, itching, vomiting, upset stomach, and flushing (warmth, redness, or tingly feeling under your skin).

Pregnancy interaction:

Nicoglow 250mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

It is best known to increase "good" cholesterol (HDL). This helps prevent heart attack and stroke. It is better to take with food to avoid an upset stomach. Avoid alcohol, spicy foods, hot beverages or hot baths right before you take Nicoglow. You may feel hot and your skin colour may change after taking Nicoglow. Your doctor may tell you to take an aspirin 30 minutes before you take Nicoglow to reduce this effect. Notify your doctor if you have unexplained muscle pain.
